We're a roofing and masonry supply yard, not a data company. We collect the minimum needed to answer your questions, send you a contractor referral, and run the Roof Designer — and nothing here is sold to anyone.

What we collect

• Forms you submit (Find a Roofer, Contact): name, phone, email, city/zip, and what you tell us about your project. We use it to respond and, if you ask, to refer a contractor.
• Roof Designer photos: when you upload a photo of your house, it is transmitted securely to our AI rendering provider (Google's Gemini API) to create your visualization, and the result is returned to your browser. We do not keep a library of your photos on our website. If you use “Email It to Me,” we send the render to the address you give us and our team receives a copy so we can follow up if you'd like help.
• Basic technical data: like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Netlify) logs IP addresses for security and abuse-prevention (for example, rate-limiting the Designer).

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
• We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
• We don't blast you with marketing lists — a form submission gets you a human response about your project, not a drip campaign.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to operate the site, each receiving only what's needed: Netlify (hosting and form storage), Google (AI rendering for the Roof Designer, embedded maps, and web fonts), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Embedded Google Maps on our Locations page are subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Your California rights

California residents may request to know what personal information we hold, request deletion, and will never face discrimination for exercising those rights (California Civil Code §1798.100 et seq.). To make a request, call (800) 540-7626 or use our contact form. We'll verify and respond within the timelines the law requires. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Children

This site is for adults planning roofing and masonry projects and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
